In Ancient times mankind used the sky and the celestials as a reference for the seasons and the ebb and flow of the year and entire history. The 12 zodiac were symbols overlayed and configured using the stars in the heavens in certain areas based on the sun. The sun is the source of the influence. The sun is the physical life giver, nourishes all things as well as creates winter and darkness by its absence. and the sea the areas of those influences.
