Mysteries of the Pineal Gland

Early in the path we encounter the pineal gland, presented as both a relic of former function and a promise of future awakening. Some teachers say it is atrophied from a previous existence, others that it is calcified and waiting to be purified. Either way, the pineal gland stands at the border between the seen and the unseen. It is a gland in the brain with an astral counterpart usually called the third eye. Together they form the bridge through which inner vision leaks into outer perception.

The third eye is vision without physical sight. It is the faculty of intuition and subtle perception. It is also the organ of imagination. Imagination, properly understood, is not mere fantasy. It is a cognitive organ that perceives archetypal reality. From that root grows what tradition calls magic. Magic is the capacity to see through maya into the causal realm of truth. An awakened pineal gland grants a person the ability to discern the deeper pattern beneath appearances in objects and situations.

There are signs of that opening. In deep darkness, in states of grounded presence, or upon hearing a living truth, some people feel a subtle cracking or a brightening in the center of the head. Traditions describe a secretion, a magnetic fluid, that courses down the spinal column and electrifies the nervous system. Read through an allegorical lens, the Bible and other sacred texts encode these processes. They are not merely moral tales. They are also biochemical parables that illustrate how the human body mirrors God, reflecting the microcosm’s repetition of the macrocosm.

Astrologically, the pineal center is often linked to Neptune, the ruler of dream, vision, and the dissolution of boundaries. That correspondence helps explain why this gland is a site of visionary experience and why it must be tempered with discipline. Awakening the pineal is not a show of power. It is a restoration of the original sense organ for truth.

Esoteric Astrology

Astrology has traditionally been used for much more than fortune telling, the bible does not condemn Astrology in fact it condemns astrologers or people who worships material objects or those who want to use the science of the word of God to tell fortunes for material gain. Astrology is the science of the word of God, astro meaning light and logos meaning word so the study of the word of god or of Christ. Astrology is deeply connected to our inner life as well as our physical body, Aries rules the head, Taurus rules the neck, Gemini the arms and lungs, the crab rules the breast, leo the heart, virgo the digestive system, libra rules the kidneys, and scorpio the generative system, sagittarius rules the hips, capricorn rules the knee caps, aquarius rules the shins and finally the two fish pisces at the bottom of the feet.

The ancients seers sand elevated beings who were in contact with the great spirit knew that the body was a microcosm of the macorosmom that means that it was an individuated parcel of a greater whole. That whole reflects its image through the material creation and we perceive it as the celestial heavens above. The world below being matter and the sky being the closest image we have of the spirit realm hence why most religions use heavens and the sky to represent the spiritual realm.

Astrology is the map of the mind of god. The 12 zodiac relay how energy manifest in the material realm, how a thought is conceived and acted upon, how the seasons change from spring to winter, and how the soul descends and re ascends out of the material universe and back to the realm of causes.

Astrology is also the key to the unfoldment of the the archetypes of the soul and how the seer unfolds his inner being through the 12 labors of Hercules. Hercules represents the archetype of the soul that relates to the soul that is in a human journey or physically incarnated in the material realm and thus has to learn from trial and circumstance to overcome and triumph and become victorious.

We can use astrology practically to acknowledge our defects as well as where we are gifted and unique. An Aries can serve as a brilliant leader or power exorcist. The cardinal fire energy creates impulsiveness and an inner courage to act with much forethought. This can be great to tread to solve problems where most will not. Aries rules the cerebrum is shaped like a lambs wool and governs the nervous system. It is the builder of the body and where Hiram the chief architect resides. The builder of Solomon’s temple which is the human body. . The first formed as a fetus, The sun starts its journey March 21s in Aries and commences at the feet pisces. Aries forms our identity. Its motto is I am.

When consciousness first manifested from the pleroma it acknowledged its self as I AM this is Aries. Aries is our inner father who art in heaven which dominates the lower nature. Aries sign is in the spring so it is considered the child of the zodiac along with taurus and Gemini. The planet that rules Aries is Mars which is red Adam who was formed from the dust of the Earth.

Aries in a daily cycle starts at 6 am, when the rooster crows. The rooster is a symbol of Aries as the sun rises the rooster is the first to make a noise. Aries is Moses which is an archetype of Will power, Moses blows the rams horns and tells us to stop worshipping the Golden calf of taurus. The ages go retrograde essentially Moses represents the Sun entering the Age of Aries and leaving the Age of Taurus. At the same time this symbolizing man overcoming his lower nature and ascending the lower instinctual energy and consciously transmuting it through will power in to more subtle bliss and cognizant. This cognizance allows one to hear the the ten inner commandments of the heart .

With the help of Taurus we are able to express word sand use tp use our body to do labor and world, The bull has always been a symbol of labor and material gain. It is said that Taurus’s motto is I have. It is our ability to have desires. Taurus is our motor brain the cerebellum. The cerebellum is the bull in esoteric anatomy. The cerebellum is in charge of  it modulating and commanding the motor neurons to allow for shifts in body position or changes in load upon muscles hence the cerebellum is the physical manifestation of the zodiac energy of Taurus in the material human body.

The Eternal Mind

We are told all is mind in the hermetic philosophy. Walter Russel said there is one Mind and we are expansions of this one mind. Intelligence permeates everything. We are active partakers in this unity and therefore we are the hands that manifest that intelligent will here in the physical realm. In a sense, we are all mediums for invisible forces. These invisible forces are the archetypes that make up the realm of ideas. The Neo-Platonists taught emanationism. Emanation, from the Latin, emanate meaning “to flow from” or “to pour forth or out of”, is the mode by which all things are derived from the first reality, or principle.

Our minds are expansions of these archetypes and create universal patterns and functions that drive us… The collective archetypes are distributed and give qualities according to the 7 planets and the 12 signs of the zodiac. Our minds are instruments of our spirit souls, (individualized conscious entities). We as entities bond to a mind which is formed from these pre-existing archetypes, and we are conditioned into this realm we call earth with a collective of other mind entities that are also collectively holding the realm together.

Since our minds and creative faculties are all connected and powered by the same sources, ideas trickle down and crystallize in the material realm of fixed forms. So what connection does this have with the stories we tell and pass down such as theatre plays and dramas (Rama) art, songs, poetry, etc? The truth is they are all the final product of all of the creative ideas, thoughts, and archetypes that finally through the madman’s hand and divinely inspired mind, paints paint the picture that was once invisible and creates a form. It is said that Chopin the great musician penned man’s soul in his music. We as humans manifest the unmanifested. The unmanifested is already a perfect idea. So the music is already there, we have to bring it down through inspiration.

All of these works of art contain common themes such as the journey of the hero. The journey of the hero is the same journey the sun takes every year and every day. The sun is born and then dimmed by winter, the hero faces an adversary and loses something, then the hero goes off to learn and prepare to conquer the darkness, once he is ready he slays the darkness, and light returns. This is the path of the sun through the zodiac. We create stories that reflect universal archetypes. It is in our nature to do this. We are fractals of the one mind hence we think alike.

These stories from ancient scriptures are all heroic tales as well as more modern-day works of art such as anime. Animes such as Naruto or Dragon BallBall Z, or video games like Zelda all have deep esoteric symbolic meaning in them. This is what makes them the most prized works of art in our generation. Did the author of Little Red Riding Hood consciously know he was writing about the sun, and the journey of the soul when he added certain elements in the story which are symbolic representations of seasons and changing of the day into night? It matters little, whether we are conscious of the properties and functions or not the output is still the same. If you are conscious you could go to lengths to add more descriptive symbolism however it comes out naturally though through the unconscious archetypes. This is why all stories, dramas, poems, and love songs follow the same journey. In life we live out a rhythm, we have ups and downs, we work hard and see results only to be defeated, we then build ourselves back up and reach a point higher than what we had attained before. A great master once said an is always followed by a decent descent. When we are down we prepare for our highest pint of victory. This is the common message in hero stories because it is the story of the soul and its triumph over circumstances.

What circumstances will your soul triumph today?

Around and Around We Go

The ancient Tibetans taught that if we spin clockwise we can propel the spinal fluids and allow them to rise thus opening and spinning the chakra wheels. We also spin our electromagnetic energy field around and get things in motion. We are generating kinetic energy maintained and produced through a motion under concentration and will.

This comes to us naturally when we are kids, we love to spin around and around and become dizzy. With a well-balanced chakra system and developed concentration, you should develop the ability to spin without getting dizzy. This is accomplished by not moving your attention from the area of your horizon at the tip of the nose. The Sufi mystics accomplish this through the whirling dervish dances which are a form of prayer and meditation. Physically it is helping the system spin the chakras positively and get them out of the negative downward polarity.

Practice: With arms extended in the shape of a T spin gently and go up to a comfortable speed, feel that as you spin the energy from the bottom of the spine is propelled upward towards the head, spin 21 times clockwise, stop and focus attention by bringing arms upward while slowly inhaling then bring hands into prayer position and lower to the chest as you exhale.

This is a great way to get your chakras spinning positively. As we live from day to day our chakra wheels tend to rotate downward or not at all. Spinning clockwise will get them to function properly again. The dizziness felt is correlated to the amount of imbalance. Attempt to stop spinning and regain your sense of balance using your willpower. It should feel as if the room is swaying and you are using your will to make it balance and become normal as you are now standing still.
